At Slowear, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our timeless collections. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery provided they remain in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels and security tags are intact, and include the provided return invoice.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location or schedule a complimentary collection.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
